Refund Policy

Refund Policy\n\nPlain English. No surprises.\n\n## Wallet top-ups\n\nTop-ups are non-refundable once credited to your wallet, but they are fungible — you can use them on any service, anytime, with no expiry.\n\n## Orders that fail to start\n\nIf an order shows Failed status and never started delivering, the full charge is refunded to your wallet automatically within minutes of the failure being detected.\n\n## Partial orders\n\nIf an order is marked Partial, we refund proportionally for the undelivered portion. For services that support refills, our system also automatically attempts a refill before refunding.\n\n## Completed orders\n\nOnce an order is marked Completed, it is non-refundable. If drops occur after completion on a refill-enabled service, you can request a refill from the order detail page for up to the refill window of that service (typically 30-365 days).\n\n## Disputed orders\n\nOpen a ticket within 14 days of order completion if you believe an order did not deliver as promised.\n\n## Chargebacks\n\nFiling a chargeback through your card issuer rather than contacting us results in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of wallet balance pending dispute resolution.
