Services\n\nWe act as a reseller of social media engagement services sourced from upstream providers. We do not manufacture engagement directly. Delivery times, volumes, and quality are approximations from upstream providers and may vary.\n\n## 3. Acknowledgement of platform terms\n\nYou acknowledge that using our services may violate the terms of service of target social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Meta, X, etc.). You accept full responsibility for any consequences including but not limited to account suspension, content removal, or shadow-banning by those platforms.\n\n## 4. Prohibited use\n\n- Targeting government officials, political campaigns, or election content\n- Targeting competitor accounts with intent to harm\n- Illegal content, harassment, hate speech, sexual content involving minors\n- Reselling our services in violation of these terms\n\n## 5. Payments and wallet\n\nAll purchases are wallet-based. Top-ups are non-refundable once processed, except where mandated by applicable consumer law.\n\n## 6. Refunds\n\nSee our Refund Policy. In summary: orders that fail to start are refundable in full; partially delivered orders are refunded proportionally; completed orders are not refundable.\n\n## 7. Account suspension\n\nWe may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraud, files chargebacks, or otherwise threatens the integrity of the Service.\n\n## 8. Limitation of liability\n\nOur liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.\n\n## 9. Governing law\n\nThese terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.\n\n## 10. Changes\n\nWe may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
